    • Orders are confirmed only after payment is received.

    • Vinlight reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

    5. 4. Payment

    • Payments are accepted via M-Pesa and other approved payment methods.

    • Full payment must be made before order processing and delivery.

    6. 5. Delivery

    • Delivery is available within Nairobi Kenya.

    • Estimated delivery time is 24–72 hours depending on location.

    • Delivery fees may apply and will be communicated at checkout.

    7. 6. Refund Policy

    • Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

      • Product is defective

      • Wrong item delivered

      • Item damaged during delivery

    • Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Items must be returned in original condition with packaging.

    • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 3–7 business days after approval.

    8. 7. Cancellation Policy

    • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

    • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

    • To cancel an order, contact us immediately via phone or WhatsApp.

    • Returns are accepted only for eligible refund cases.

    • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is on our side.
